How can I apply for a unit I am interested in?
You can get to our online application in 2 ways:
- By directly going to https://wellsmhp.twa.rentmanager.com/applynow. Take care to select the correct property when applying.
- By clicking on the “Apply Now” button from the availability listing you see on https://versaparkmanagement.com/availability/.
Create your account, then an automated email will be sent to the email address provided. Check there for the verification email and click the “Finalize” button to be taken back to Apply Now where you can create your password.
Please save the email address and the password you use. These details will become your user and password for your tenant account should you decide to sign a lease with us!
What is the application fee?
Each applicant is required to submit a $50 nonrefundable application fee. All adults aged 18 and older must complete their own individual application and pay the associated fee. As part of the screening process, applicants should be prepared to provide their Social Security number and driver’s license number for a comprehensive background check, which includes credit, criminal, and rental history verification.

How can I make my payments?
What is your pet policy?
We welcome responsible pet owners; however, aggressive dog breeds are not permitted in our community. This includes, but is not limited to, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Chows, Akitas, wolf-hybrids, and any dog with a known history of aggression. All residents with pets are required to pay a $200 nonrefundable pet deposit and a $25 monthly pet fee. Each household is limited to a maximum of four (4) pets, which includes dogs, cats, or other small domestic animals. Pets must be registered with management, kept up to date on vaccinations, and dogs must always be leashed and supervised when outside the home. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause disturbances to neighbors. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in fines or loss of pet privileges.
How can I submit a maintenance request?
- Log in to your Tenant Web Access account and click on “Service Issues” in the top menu.
- On the Service Issues page, click “Add Service Issue.”
- Add your contact information, upload relevant pictures, and describe the issue in as much detail as you can provide. Be sure to answer the questions about pets on the premises and whether or not you allow the technician to enter while you are not present.
- Click “Submit.”

How can I enable autopay?
- Log in to your Tenant Web Access account and click on your name or gear on the top right of the screen.
- Click “Payment Settings – Saved Payment Info & AutoPay”
- The next screen will show you your saved payment information and AutoPay settings. Click “Add” to add information here.”
- Enter your payment information on the left, and enable the AutoPay on the right. Please note that your AutoPay will process early morning on the day you specify for it to run.
